Reporting directly to the City Manager, the Director of Engineering is responsible for a comprehensive range of engineering tasks pertaining to public works and utilities. This encompasses the full project lifecycle, from needs assessment and design review to budget management, construction oversight, cost estimation, and the acquisition of necessary easements and rights-of-way.

The City of Heath offers a competitive salary range of $145,215 - $196,467 depending on qualifications and experience, participation in TMRS (7% employee contribution, 2:1 municipal match), and an optional 457 plan.
